Can I add a renter who already has a lease?
Yes. Record their existing lease, choose the first month rent should be collected through the platform, and send a portal invitation.
Can tenants pay rent by bank / ACH?
Bank / ACH is available where enabled. The resident connects and verifies their account, then can make a payment or authorize Auto-Pay.
Can I find completed maintenance later?
Completed requests appear in property maintenance history, together with the issue, completion date, and recorded work notes.
Does the working sample change real records?
No. It uses fictional examples held only in this browser tab. Reset sample restores the original examples. No real account, payment, or email is affected.
